Una de las variedades tintas más representativas de Mallorca y especialmente importante en el Pla i Llevant. Forma parte de diversas elaboraciones de Armero i Adrover y es la protagonista absoluta de Son Prohens y Selección Familiar.
Variedad blanca tradicional de Mallorca, vinculada históricamente a la elaboración de vinos frescos y aromáticos. Armero i Adrover la ha trabajado tanto sola como combinada con otras variedades.
Una variedad recuperada que destaca por su intensidad aromática. En elaboraciones conjuntas con Premsal, aporta complejidad mientras el Premsal contribuye con frescura.

A homey little winery and vineyard in the picturesque hills. Delicious wines, nice variety, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Beautiful environment for wine tasting – laid back, rural setting, chairs outside to slowly enjoy your tasting, perfect experience.
A complimentary tasting is included in the mansion tour. We tried four different wines that we really enjoyed. After the tasting we decided to get a glass and sit outside. The staff recommended a bottle as it would be cheaper for three of us, so we got the Rose Brut and enjoyed it.
