Blanc

Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Very clean and crystal clear. Aromas clean with good intensity reminiscent of unripe fruit (banana, apple, pear), on a background of freshly cut grass. Attack in the mouth dry and fresh, that gives way to a fast and good balance between alcohol and acidity. Nasal clean clear of fruity character. End of mouth refreshing and a nice post-taste of average persistence that invites to the intake.
